We take great Pride in Producing beautiful Healthy Yorkie and Morkie puppies in Texas DFW area! 1. All deposits made to reserve a puppy on a wait list and the remaining amount to complete the deposit at birth are non-refundable! If something should happen to your puppy before pick up your deposit is transferred to next available litter and you are first on that list. If you choose not to wait for next litter the $200 waitlist deposit is Not refundable just the $400. However, if you decide to stay on list then the 2 deppsits in totality then become non-refundable.
2. If on wait list you have selected the litter you placed the $200 non refundable deposit for and wait list Gender is open. Once that litter is born and you are notified the remaining $400 balance to complete deposit is due at that time! If you have changed your mind or can not complete the deposit, you will be removed from list. If a puppy was not born in your preference or not enough pups in that litter your $200 wait list deposit goes towards next litter. The $200 waitlist deposit is never refundable as it has held your spot for a litter.
3. We reserve the right to refuse to sell a puppy to any individual if we feel it is not a good fit!
4. Health Guarantee is on this websiste and in order for it to be activated for 1 year for Genetics you MUST take your puppy to the vet and include a fecal test within 48 hours of picking up your new puppy, or Guarantee is Void!
5. All puppy feeding instructions and information is on this website on the PUPPY CARE Page, Read it and understand that puppies need TLC they are babies!
6. All puppies come with first Vaccinations and all de wormings. Tails left natural unless docking requested before age 5 days old.
6b. Photos are sent at birth for selection if on wait list. Photos also at 3 wks and 6 wks of age at your request. Any additional photos/video requested willl be a charge of $20 each.
7. Puppies are not shown for their protection from virus exposure until after their first vaccines at age 7 weeks and then additional 72 hours for shot to take affect.
8. Puppies are ready to go to their new homes on average at 8 weeks and are weaned at 7 weeks, there are exceptions and some pups may need to stay with us for a bit longer.
9. When your puppy is ready to go to his new home and you are not able to pick puppy up when ready a $20 per day boarding fee will be charged and paid thru Zelle on the date you advise us of your change of plans to pick up the puppy or the puppy will be placed back for adoption on that date!
10. Pet Nanny delivery is available by Plane to most major airports and is currently (2022) $500 to $700, delivery by driving is .55cents per mile roundtrip.
10. Hypoglycemia is preventable but one of the most common reasons a puppy ends up at vets office and can be fatal, so that is why the babyfood and waffle syrup for small toy breeds is important for the first 1-2 weeks adjustment period in their new home!
